আউটলুক সেটআপ করতে প্রথমে MS Office > Microsoft Outlook ওপেন করুন। এবার Tools > Account Setting এ যান। Email সিলেক্ট করে New এ ক্লিক করেন।

এবার আপনার মেইলের তথ্য দিন নিচের মত

কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করেন আপনার মেইলটি অটোমেটিক কনফিগার হচ্ছে। ফিনিশ দিন।
এবার দেখুন আপনার মেইলে ঢোকা যায় কি না, অর্থ াৎ সেন্ড বা রিসিভ হচ্ছে কি না দেখুন। যদি হয় তাহলে আপনার মেইল কনফিগারেশন হয়ে গেছে।
আর যদি না হয় তবে এটা আবার মেনুয়ালী করতে হবে
মেনুয়ালী করফিগার সার্ভার সেটিং এ টিক দিয়ে নেক্সট এ যান
Enternet Email ি> নেক্সট যান
প্রয়েজনীয় তথ্য গুলো দিন। ইনকামিং আউটগোইং সাভার নেম উপরের চার্টে আছে আপনার মেইল অনযায়ী দেখে নিন।
এবার More Settings... এর Advenced গিয়ে ইনকামিং ও আউট গোইং পোর্ট ঠিকমত দিয়ে ওকে করুন।
Next> Finish
হয়ে গেল আপনার ইমেইল কনফিগারেশন।
